Wednesday 6:30am -Martina -no class on 9/11, will start 9/18
Thursday 8:30am -Alexa
Thursday 9;30am -Alexa
Thursday 7pm -Alexa/Martina
Friday 8;30am -Meghan
Friday 9:30am -Meghan
Sunday10am-Martina- this may be moved to Saturday after 9/16.
All classes run in 6 week sign up session, drop-ins possible, depending on space.
All classes are appropriate for all levels unless specified!
Classes are small (max7) which allows our teachers to watch for proper alignment, form and engagement so everyone can walk out feeling stronger, longer and aligned.
If you are new to Pilates, 1-3 privates are recommended prior to joining.
Private/Semiprivates session by appointment.
